Your Twitter feed may reveal more about you than you think!
Machine learning and big data applications are all around us now. And our machines seem to be getting smarter day by day. From beating us at Jeopardy! to stomping the floor with us at Go and chess, there appears to be no limit to the smartness of our machines. But there are a lot more applications than just gaming of course. From recommendation engines to filtering email spam, from predicting EOD market values to fraud detection, they run the gamut.
Sometimes, however, the applications are really surprising. Laura Hamilton lists out some of the more bizarre ones. (My favorite is the article about how one could predict whether someone’s a psychopath based on his Twitter feed!) Check it out.
